All rates include VAT. For stays of at least 3 nights we give a special on our self-catering rates, as specified above.Special rates apply from first night and are for direct bookings only. They do not apply for long weekends, Public Holidays and Robertson Festivals.
*All units are fully equipped and let out either on a self-catering (budget) or on a B & B (premium) basis. When let as self-catering, the units are fully serviced every 3rd day (linen, towels and pool towels included), daily service when let on a B & B basis.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount needs to be made into the following bank account within 2 days to secure the booking

Cancellation fees

No fees 28 days prior
25 % 15 – 27 days prior
50 % 8 – 14 days prior
100% 7 days or less prior

An administration fee of 5% will be levied for any cancellation.

Check-in time from 14h00 and check-out time before 11h00 (or by individual arrangement)

Sorry, no pets, as our pets are not willing to share ‘their farm’ with other pets.
