Self Catering: All units are fully equipped for self-catering (linen, towels and pool towels included)and get serviced every 3rd day when let on a self-catering basis.
B&B: Bottlebrush, Gumtree, the Loft Studio and the Garden Cottage are also let on a B&B basis (See extra charge above), which includes a sumptuous, German style breakfast and daily servicing (no servicing on Sundays). Please note that special rates for 3+ nights as given above are not applicable for B & B but for self-catering only.
*Special Rates: For stays of at least 3 nights (or longer) we give a special on our self-catering rates, as specified above. Special rates apply from first night and are for direct bookings only. They do not apply for long weekends, Public Holidays and Robertson Festivals or during school holidays.
Extra Bed: R 175pp/night, possible in Gumtree, the Loft studio and Faraway
All rates include VAT.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount needs to be made into the following bank account within 2 days to secure the booking

No fees 28 days prior
25 % 15 – 27 days prior
50 % 8 – 14 days prior
100% 7 days or less prior

An administration fee of 5% will be levied for any cancellation.

Check-in time from 14h00 (Faraway from 15h00) and check-out time before 11h00 (or by individual arrangement)

Sorry, no pets, as our pets are not willing to share ‘their farm’ with other pets.
